Experienced Senior Engineering Specialist and Manager with demonstrated capability in advanced engineering, research and programme delivery. Over 14 years of experience spanning the powertrain research, engines and hybrids with OEM's. 6 ½ years in electrification, battery development, BMS, cooling systems, Programme management and high-performance engines along with and PHEV and EV vehicle hardware integration, testing, validation & certification. Leading advance research for propulsion systems, powertrain, transmissions and powertrain systems, product development and vehicle integration and 6 years of BEV and battery development (advanced Li-ion, solid state, graphene and organic battery systems & ESS), I bring a global supplier management and product and technology strategy, especially for US, European and Chinese markets for both bespoke, niche and high-volume products. Currently at JLR, I manage the SVO division with 3 powertrain verticals for ICE, EV and Hybrids for cross-car line products and manage 4 global teams for product development, advance research, Industry 4.0, ADAS and autonomous systems and mobility 2040 strategy.
