From 2006, working at Jaguar Land Rover in Research on hybrid powertrain energy management strategies, I became later subject matter expert for hybrid powertrain energy management for the company. In 2013, I moved to Changan UK Powertrain R&D center as principal engineer overlooking the hybrid powertrain control strategy development for their P2 hybrid vehicle project. In 2016, I moved to China as Control & SW director at Great Wall Motors and delivered the SW to SOP of the following powertrain P2/ P2P4 and 48V BSG, I was also in charge of the torque path related predictive optimization functions. In 2022, I came back to the Changan UK Powertrain R&D Center as senior technical specialist for electrified powertrain controls & SW.
