Cheng Gong is Electric Motor Design Engineer at GM. He has more than 5 years of R&D experience of various kinds of electric machines (permanent magnet, switched reluctance and induction), in-depth understanding of various motor control techniques such as field orientation control (MTPA, MTPV) and expert level skills in Finite Element Analysis (ANSYS, COMSOL) and CAD drawing.
