Viscando AB, a start-up from Gothenburg, Sweden, accelerates the transition to safer, more sustainable, and enjoyable mobility. We assist autonomous vehicle (AV) developers with ensuring safety of AVs in city, on motorway, and in restricted worksites. Using our patented, GDPR compliant infrastructure sensors OTUS3D, we collect accurate and bias-free naturalistic data on traffic movement and interactions, at a fraction of the cost of test vehicles.

Leveraging on the collected data, we offer scenario catalogues, road user behavior and intention models, and human driving profiles in a broad spectrum of operational design domains. By sharing real-time traffic movement data via V2X or cloud, we extend perception of AVs beyond their own perception horizon.
